The Michael Lerich Orchestra is Chicago’s most renowned big band orchestra. This production company books and manages the orchestra and many other acts for the most elegant affairs in the Chicago area.

They use our custom front-end software to manage and track all of their clients, bookings, musicians and performers. They also use our core accounting modules (AR, AP, GL) to handle all of their accounting functions.

Our oldest client. They have been making brass & bronze ingots since 1888. In 1984 we automated their completely manual accounting departments using the first generations of PC’s.

Since then we have updated and converted them over the years to today’s Windows XP technology. They use our custom font-end software and DSS Core Accounting Modules (AR, AP, CD, GL, INV, PR) to automate the all of the accounting and record keeping functions for their metal foundry.

Our software tracks all aspects of their accounting system including consigned inventory at various locations around the country. Our custom front-end tracks all customer orders, purchases, raw materials, and finished goods inventory, and it all integrates into our core modules.

Precision Research is Chicago’s leading market research company. They use our custom software to track all of their jobs, respondents, AR, sales and payroll. Many of our original programs are still running on their proprietary Alpha Micro network.

Midland Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer of aluminum and zinc alloys. They use our order entry system to enter and track sales of metal to their customers. They also track all purchases with our PO system and will begin implementing our raw materials and finished goods inventory soon.

The front-end programs that we customized specifically for them, integrates into our standard DSS Core Accounting Modules for AR, AP, CD, and GL.

Our custom Aircraft Maintenance software is used by their Flight Operations Department that is responsible for corporate fleet of jets.

Our software tracks all of the log maintenance, flight times, component tracking, parts inventory with purchasing and shipping. We also made a custom AP front-end program to interface with their accounting department.

MIS Computers, Inc. uses our customized order entry system along with the DSS Core Accounting Modules (AR,AP,CD,GL,INV) to automate all of their purchasing, inventory, accounting and record keeping functions for their computer distributorship.

They have an extensive inventory of new computers and hard-to-find and re-marketed computer components. The inventory is tracked both by part type and by its on-site locations.

Peerless Imported Rugs is the largest retailer of oriental rugs and tapestries in Chicago. They operate a large retail store in the heart of the city and also generate sales by mail order, and on their internet site.

Their wholesale division handles large commercial flooring jobs, and residential installations. They use our custom software and our DSS Core Modules to track all of their orders, inventory, purchases, and all other accounting functions including A/P & G/L.
